Fortunately, the company appears to have remained strong in the face of adversity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">\u201cAt the beginning of the pandemic and in the following months we managed to have excellent order bookings, and despite the difficult months, all our customers continued to believe in the market,\u201d says Guarneri. \u201cSince last January we have applied all the safety protocols in the company, creating a safe situation in our company and, as one of my old American football coaches used to say: \u2018Work, work, work, win, win, win\u2019.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">\u201cWhat we are facing is the challenge of the century and we must do everything possible to take care of our employees, our customers, our families and our companies.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">The company will continue to apply this mantra to its operations with future goals centred around achieving \u201cbetter control of the markets, local assistance to assist customers at 360 degrees, and to be present with highly specialised engineers\u201d, according to Guarneri.
